Guru Poornima

Guru Poornima is a special time in the yogic calendar. It is a time of giving thanks, of honouring our spiritual lives, and especially our teachers and sources of inspiration. It is also a time to re-affirm what is most important to us.

Please arrive at 10.30am for 10.45am start. Bhajans and Ceremony will be followed by a shared meal at lunchtime. Please bring food to share and also a small gift as an offering.
