Additional Information

  • Casual attendance fees are $20 for all classes, subject to availability.
  • Classes may be started at any stage during the term, subject to availability.
  • Cheques to be made payable to Paula Wybrow.
  • Please note that all fees are non-refundable.

To gain maximum benefit from the classes

  • Please advise Paula if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, any injuries or medical conditions.
  • Do not eat a meal for at least 2 or 3 hours before class, yoga works best on an empty stomach!
  • Arrive 10 minutes before class is due to start.
  • Wear comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement.
  • If you wish, bring your own blanket for the deep relaxation practice.
    (Yoga mats and cushions provided).
